2523 -- 3M Fiber Splice Organizer Trays The 3M 2522 and 2523 fiber splice organizer trays store and protect mechanical and fusion fiber optic splices in closures and fiber distribution units. The 2521 series are inserts that easily snap into the 2523 or 2522 and secure each splice. The 2521MF is able to hold up to four 3M Fibrlok style mechanical splices, while the 2521F can hold up to twelve of any standard style fusion splices. Fibers are routed into the trays using FibrTube transition tubing that zips over the fibers. Splice inserts are sold separately.
